After leaving Eagan, MN we spent The Christmas Holiday in California with Matt’s side of the family. It’s was weird going from 10 degrees to 60 degrees. Even weirder leaving the snow and visiting the beach. But we are not complaining! Pictures of our trip are on our website. Click here to see them. We then spent The NEW YEAR in our new home. We had some friends up to celebrate with us and we had a very enjoyable time. Happy New Year!

Taits came to visit us in MN the week before we moved. Just in time you guys! We had a blast showing them all around the two cities and they were absolute troopers when it came to the snow and the cold. Just ask Dave about his bare foot and snow dare he did. Megan, well… I’m not too sure when it comes to it whether she likes the snow or does not like the snow. She only lasts a few minutes. This is why living in Phoenix and then driving to Flagstaff or Utah to visit the snow will be plenty for us.
Emilee absolutely loves the snow. The only problem is that she kept wanting to go outside without her winter clothes on. This is why living in Phoenix just makes more sense. She hated wearing her coat and shoes. You can tell she was born in AZ.
